After meeting while students at New England Conservatory in the early 2000s, Lake Street Dive has catapulted to stardom, appearing on the "Colbert Report" and drawing large audiences. NPR notes that they blend "jazz, folk, and pop in dangerously charming fashion." They returned to their alma mater on Monday, September 8 to share their songwriting expertise with students.
